“While making life simpler for businesses is on the agenda, Olivier Le Picard, President of Communication & Institutions, shares his thoughts on the application decree 2017-867 for the law on transparency, signed on May 9th by Bernard Cazeneuve. In its fifteen articles and appendices, the decree defines the actions of the “interest representatives” alongside public decision-makers who must be declared to the High Authority for Transparency. It goes on in paragraphs, ranging from “informal discussions” to “e-mails”, including “consultations” or the “transmission of information aiming at convincing”.
